European Union & EEA Customers: Right of Withdrawal
The following section applies only to customers residing in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email to support@texxary.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.
Effects of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
International Customers (Non-EU): Return Policy
The following section applies to customers residing outside the EU/EEA (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds (International)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the purchased products to your original payment method.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

General Information (Applies to All Customers)
Refund Processing Time
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@texxary.com.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- Custom Products: Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Hygiene: Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Digital Content: Digital items cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
Damages, Missing, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@texxary.com if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the instructions above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
